Privacy Policy

Your resume never leaves your browser — ever. Every tool on ResumesCheck parses and scores your resume entirely on your device. We never upload it to a server, never store it, and never see its contents.

Resume text is held only in memory (React state) while you use a tool, and is cleared the moment you reload or navigate away. It is never written to localStorage, IndexedDB, or sent over the network.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not require consent. We track only anonymous, content-free events — which tool was used, file type, and score range. We never track resume text, filenames, or exact file sizes.

Advertising. We use Google AdSense to keep this site free, which sets advertising cookies. For EU visitors, ads are served only after you accept the cookie consent banner. AdSense requires exceptions in our Content Security Policy for pagead2.googlesyndication.com and googleads.g.doubleclick.net — this is the one third-party network connection this site makes, and it is unrelated to your resume content.

Error tracking. If error tracking (Sentry) is enabled, it is configured to strip all resume content and request data before any error report is sent — only the error message itself is ever transmitted.
